Upcoming AutoWeek autofile on the Elise
AutoWeek readers are familiar with their Autofiles, pusblishing owners’ perspectives on fairly new model cars. Word has it they’re working on one on the Elise, so if you own one and would like to contribute, do so ASAP. Read the rest of this post for the complete information.

Apologies for the broadcast. The folks at AutoWeek have asked Lotus Ltd.
to spread the word on an upcoming Autofile they’re compiling on the Elise.
As usual, they’ll be compiling aggregate statistics, but four respondents’
write-ups will be selected for use in the final article.
If you currently own a new 2005 Elise, you may participate by sending an
e-mail to
1. Full name and address
2. Model/trim owned
3. Price paid before taxes but including destination costs
4. Other car models considered while purchasing their Elise’
5. And a write-up explaining their major likes and dislikes of the car
Apart from the satisfaction of being published (for the select four), there
are no perks for participating. The AutoWeek will provide reprint copies
to those four if they don’t happen to be subscribers.
They didn’t specify when their deadline is, so fire up your keyboards ASAP
if you’re going to say something. And I think it might be a good idea to
include the words “Lotus Elise” in the subject, just in case.
